When New York thief Lara steals an ancient silver ring, it fuses into her finger bone, making her the fated bride of an amnesiac God of Death. Haunted by a curse where every life saved demands another in return, their fugitive cohabitation uncovers an ancient secret: she is the reincarnated soul of his lost love from a century ago, and the ring is his handmade vow.
