Synopsis: Born into the rough-and-tumble world of salt smuggling, the bold and fiercely loyal Zhao Ling dreams of a destiny greater than his humble origins. His path crosses with Fu Tingyun, a noble young lady falsely accused of an illicit affair, and the two are forced to flee for their lives. Hunted and tested by both their powerful families and the imperial court, they stand together against every trial, defy the fate laid before them, and forge a legendary love destined to endure.
